Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Balm (born November 24 the 24th of November, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was a former candidate for the US Senate, as well as a television presenter at MSNBC. She was also frequently a contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have made it clear they would be leaving the show in May 2021. They wanted to start their own independent project called Breaking Points. Ball is co-hosting Krystal Kyle & Friends. Her guest appearances include on Fox News, CNN and Fox News. Ball married Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball says that she has a greater political interest to the fact that she was a mother during 2008's primaries. Also, she watched the US election outcome while living in Jordan. She was able to observe how the election affected the people of Jordan and thereby gained an appreciation for the global impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st district. She lost to Rob Wittman in 2010. She co-hosted the MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015. She created the People's House Project, an organization that promotes Democratic causes in May of 2017.
